Josh and Isabelle were married on a warm spring day at the beautiful city hall building in downtown Manhattan. Their ceremony was officiated in the city clerk office and witnessed by two close friends, and their reception was held at a favorite local Brooklyn restaurant. And the Wedding Garden outside City Hall might be one of my favorite places to take pictures: magical and lush with greenery, and simultaneously quintessential New York. While not at all extravagant or even traditional, I love their style of wedding because it shows that the everlasting bond of love doesn’t need frills; sometimes simple and honest is better.
